Indigo Creative is a robust and flexible design and branding firm. Our team executes projects of any size and complexity, while meeting deadlines and staying in budget.

We work with our clients in two ways:

  • Full service design and branding — from concept to completion.

  • Collaborate and support in-house teams — Marketing Directors, Operations Directors, CEOs, Executive Directors, and Executive Assistants.

Indigo Creative was founded in the Bay Area, California, more than three decades ago. Our creative team is led by Melissa Mahoney, the founder of Indigo Creative. Melissa spearheads all client relations and creative direction, managing her team of designers, writers, photographers, developers, and SEO/GEO experts.

Melissa Mahoney is the Founder and Principal of Indigo Creative. Melissa has a BFA in graphic design and continues to be a lifelong learner, regularly taking continuing studies courses, most recently Stanford’s Continuing Studies, Demystifying AI. She also attends the TED conference in Vancouver, Canada. Her passion for learning and sharing knowledge keeps herself and her team informed and agile.

In addition, Melissa is an abstract painter, with both domestic and international collectors. The US State Department selected one of her paintings for the US Ambassador’s Residence in Papua New Guinea.
